Who are these workbooks for?

Our workbooks are designed mainly for therapists, counselors, and other mental health professionals who want practical resources for their clients. They can be used during sessions, for exercises, discussions, and between-session activities. Private individuals are also welcome to purchase and use our workbooks for personal growth, self-reflection, and mental well-being. Our materials are supportive resources and do not replace professional mental health care.

What is included in the Whole Shop Bundle?

The Whole Shop Bundle includes all workbooks and bundles available in our shop in one comprehensive collection. It gives you access to every resource type, therapy topic and approach, and client or case category. It's ideal for professionals who want a wide range of materials for different clients and situations, but private individuals can also purchase it for personal use.

Are these physical workbooks?

No. All our workbooks and bundles are digital PDF files, so nothing will be shipped to you. After purchasing, you can access and download your files, save them to your device, and use them digitally or print them whenever needed.

How do I access and download my workbooks?

After purchasing, you'll receive an email with a link to your Google Drive folder, where you can access and download your workbooks. You can also find the link in your Shopify order by signing in at my.karlstein-publishing.com using the verification code sent to your email. No Google account is required.

What if I have a question or trouble accessing my purchase?

If you have any questions or trouble accessing your files, please contact us through the contact form on our website. We're happy to help with downloads, file formats, product contents, customization, or permitted uses. Whether you're a professional or a private individual, you're also welcome to contact us before purchasing. We're here to make your experience as easy as possible!

How may I use the workbooks with my clients?

You may use your purchased workbooks with as many of your own clients as you like, without additional fees. You can print complete workbooks or individual pages, use them during sessions, and share relevant materials with your clients digitally or on paper. Private individuals may use the workbooks for their own personal purposes. Your purchase does not allow other professionals to use the materials independently.

Can I resell or share the workbooks with others?

You may share materials with your own clients as part of your professional work, but you cannot resell, publish, or redistribute the workbooks to others. This also applies to edited or customized versions. Sharing files with other professionals, colleagues, clinics, or organizations for their independent use is not permitted. Anyone who wants to use the resources independently needs their own purchase.

Can I edit and customize the workbooks?

Yes! You can edit and customize our workbooks to suit your professional or personal needs. You may reorganize pages, combine exercises, change wording, or add your own content. You can also import the PDFs into compatible tools such as Canva, including its free version, although editing options may vary. Customized workbooks remain subject to the same rules against resale and redistribution.

Can I add my own branding or remove the original branding?

Yes! You may add your own name, practice logo, contact details, colors, or other branding to the workbooks. You can also remove or replace our original branding when preparing materials for your own clients or personal use. However, these changes do not give you ownership or resale rights. Rebranded workbooks may not be sold or shared with other professionals for their independent use.

Can I translate or adapt the workbooks?

Yes! You may translate our workbooks into other languages or adapt the wording, examples, and exercises to suit your clients or personal needs. Professionals can share these adapted materials with their own clients, while private individuals may use them personally. Translated or modified versions cannot be resold, published, or redistributed to others for their independent use.
